Dwain Midget

Dwain Midget is the Director of the Working in Neighborhoods Department which oversees the City's community development, neighborhood engagement/enhancements, housing rehab, code enforcement, and animal care & control efforts. He previously served as the Division Director for Community Development & Transportation for the Mayor's Office. Some of Dwain's passions include working for positive change and growth in Tulsa and Tulsa's African American community in particular. His educational background is comprised of a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Memphis, a Master of Science Degree from the University of Nigeria and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa - School of Law. Dwain enjoys visiting national parks and historic sites, international travel and glass glazing.
