Burlinda Radney has lived in Oklahoma since 1992 and has enjoyed a varied career in Tulsa as a geophysicist in the oil and gas sector, as the owner of several of successful businesses, and as a practicing Realtor for over 14 years. Burlinda holds a BS degree in Mathematics from Spelman College, a historically black women’s liberal arts college in Atlanta, and an MBA from Washington University in St Louis. Her experience in research and development and business management informs her skilled approach to commercial and residential real estate sales and development. Burlinda is experienced in many facets of the real estate market from residential first-time buyers (and sellers) to portfolio management for qualified investors.

Burlinda is committed to elevating the legacy of Tulsa’s Greenwood community, a historic African American “Freedom Colony” founded near downtown, before Oklahoma statehood. She is honored to serve the Black community in a number of capacities, including appointments to the Greater Tulsa African American Affairs Commission, Citizen’s Advisory Team for the Tulsa Development Authority’s Greenwood Unity Heritage Sector Plan, and the District 1 Housing and Economic Development Committee. Burlinda serves as President of the Historic Greenwood Main Street Program, as Commissioner on the Tulsa Board of Adjustment, and on the board of the Power Group, a north Tulsa Community Development Corporation. Burlinda is also active in the local Democratic Party, serving on the Oklahoma Democratic Party Central Committee through her role as State Chairwoman of the Oklahoma African American Democratic Federation. She is a proud legacy member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.
