Jack Henderson attended school in Tulsa and graduated fropm Booker T. Washington High School in 1968. He recieved two Associates Degrees from Tulsa Junior College (TJC) the first being in Industrial Securityand the other in Police Science. He later recieved two degrees from Langston University, a Bachelors Degree in Rehabilitation Services and a Masters Degree in Rehabilitaion Counseling. Jack has served on many boards in Tulsa and held various seats such as: Chairman of Board of Trustees for FBCNT, Chairman of Board of Directors for Jordan Plaza Senior Housing Complex, President of the Tulsa NAACP, Co-Founder of the Tulsa CHapter of 100 Black Men, Board of Directors - Greenwood Chamber of Commerce,

Board of Directors - Langston Hughes Academy, Vice–President of North Tulsa Economic Initiative (NTEDI), Tulsa City Council, Jack is very active in his church, serves on the nance committee, Brotherhood Food Ministry, and Trustee Chair. Jack likes coaching soccer, playing pool, reading, mentoring young people, and helping others who can't help themselves.
